I am Adya Bharati, the founder of Nistha B2C Pvt. Ltd, who is an accidental entrepreneur.

After completing my post-graduation in Economics, I did a short stint teaching Economics at a college in Mumbai. Since, value creation through products and employment generation was my heart’s calling, pursuing an MBA was my natural choice. But it was my father and my partner who believed that the knowledge and experience I would gain by managing a business would give wings to my dreams and be more beneficial than a two-year MBA program. Ultimately, I decided to take the” road less traveled” to become an Enterprising Entrepreneur.

Now, our firm’s name “Nistha” has its roots in my mom’s family name “Nistala”, which signifies wisdom, sincerity, loyalty, and a hardworking dreamer; gifting the company’s name its essence and our enterprise, a purpose. Also, my grandmother has meticulously drafted engaging and impactful product descriptions on the packaging of the products. Here, the products in spotlight are the gluten-free rice chips. We retail the chips under the brand name of “Posaka – snack wisely!”
